Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your shipment tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be extended during festivals, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver products across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Kalki Moda may offer Free Shipping on selected products or orders that meet the minimum purchase value.
Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your registered email address or mobile number.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment until it reaches your delivery address.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.
Kalki Moda is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incorrect PIN code
- Incorrect phone number
- Incomplete delivery information

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate the issue, kindly provide:

- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging

Delivery Delays

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
